"I was expecting to hear from the leadership team by now regarding the issues that came up with the condition of my room but sadly I have not. As a result I would not recommend you book here. I stayed on a fully booked night in a room that had mold/mildew issues, a broken jacuzzi tub, and more. The staff were not helpful & rude in spite of my attempts to politely discuss the issues. I travel for business & will not return here based on my experience."
